1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Greet(“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Greet is a personal relationship management app that helps you maintain and strengthen your personal and professional relationships. The app provides contact management, intelligent reminders, relationship insights, and conversation suggestions.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Greet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions

Greet offers a free tier and a paid subscription (“GreetPlus”). The free tier includes up to 5 contacts and 4 groups. Greet Plus provides unlimited contacts, groups, AI message suggestions, news-based conversation starters, and advanced insights.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Greet, including contact information, notes, memories, and other personal data. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
  • Use the app to harass, stalk, or harm others
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits

7. Privacy

Your use of Greet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Disclaimers

Greetis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Relationship advice and suggestions provided by the app are for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greet and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
